Bulletproof 2.0: Couple days in update.

Life is crazy these days. Between a new job at work and starting my MBA classes, I am feeling like I am back in time in my late teens - early 20s. So far this week:
1. I went for a run! My body was very happy afterwards.
2. I am not drinking at all & planning to keep it this way through the end of the workweek (team dinner Friday night will mark a booze break).
3. I am eating well & slightly hungry before bedtime. I am on my way to fight the holiday aftermath.

Bulletproof 2.0. Cliche but oh well.

A confession to start: I totally celebrated the holidays this year. From Christmas to New Year, it was amazing. And not bulletproof by any standard. But. I am going to try this again, starting tomorrow. Because I loved how it made me feel, I loved losing these couple of pounds (that, sadly, have come back and brought friends), and I loved how my brain worked.
I feel like I am better prepared this time. I know the drill, have all the needed ingredients. One thing I am planning to do differently is sports. I am bringing back my runs.
Cliche, I agree, but this totally is my 2015 resolution. Since I know I need to set realistic goals, here we go:
1. I am doing 30 days bulletproof
2. I will try not to drink at all, unless unavoidable. And if/when I do, I will stop at two drinks.
3. I am running at least 10 miles a week.
Going back to school should help: I will be busy Tuesday and Thursday nights. Plus homework. Plus my new job that I still have to define & figure out.
