I started my morning with the real bulletproof cofee and happy to report that I am finding it more filling than the coffee I did until today. It's been a very active morning for me: I ran 5 miles (this cold is finally gone!) and walked for 2.5 more. All this on BP coffee alone and now at 11:30 I am not yet starving. Planning to last until 1pm today before I eat lunch.
Also, need a bit more carbs in today, so I'll be making butternut squash soup for lunch & having a bit more fruit than usual.
I feel very good: full of energy, thinking fast, and very happy about coming back to my runs. I've missed this: I usually run 10-15 miles a week but have been walking instead for the last 10 days.
